What resources you and your community in times of stress and adversity?
We bring together expertise and best practices in the expressive arts, mental health, psychosocial support and community activism.
We collaborate on developing creative arts-based tools, strategies and spaces of support for individual and collective wellbeing in the face of stress, trauma, and adversity.
We provide integrated and contextualized healing-centered workshops, trainings, retreats, coaching, consultation, professional development and programmatic support on evidence-based ways to apply creativity and the arts for individual and collective care.
